Products Overview
The DynaPump is a proprietary surface mounted artificial lift system that is
used to extract crude oil, natural gas, and water for oil & gas wells. The
DynaPump utilizes electronic sensors, hydraulic equipment and computer monitoring
systems for the purpose of extracting fluids in an extremely efficient manner from
both shallow and deep wells.
The DynaPump consists of two main components: the Pumping Unit and the Power
Unit. The Power Unit or the control center of the DynaPump system is responsible
for driving the pumping unit.. It consists of a computer controlled system with
radio modem, solid state electronics, motor controllers, and hydraulic pumps.
The pumping unit is mounted over the well head and is comprised of a hydraulic
cylinder, pulley system, and counterbalance cylinder. The pumping unit provides
the lift capacity and determines the stroke length.
The different size Pumping Units and Power Units are matched to meet the specifications
of each oil well. The DynaPump is not a niche player, and can used to advantage
in most well applications.
DynaPump units are now being used in Alabama, Colorado, Louisiana, Montana,
New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, California, Texas, Utah, Wyoming,
Kuwait, Oman, and Venezuela.
Some of the these units have exceeded the world record for total flow for
a hydraulic system. DynaPump units are capable of producing total flow in excess of 10,000 BFPD. The DynaPump has more than doubled oil production for customers creating a payback
in many cases as little as 2 months. |
