Price
- One-half the price or less of established technologies.
- Lower installed cost, pump can be installed and operating
in less than 3 hours.
Lower Lifting Costs
- 50% or lower power consumption per barrel of fluid pumped
- Ultra-Long stroke allows for less strokes per minute, less
strokes equal fewer parted rods. Also, the SPM can be reduced,
resulting in less work for the system and less wear on the rod
string and pump.
- When using a natural gas engine drive system, it requires
1/3 the horsepower rating of a matching beam pump driver thus,
producing an energy savings of approximately 70%.
- Automatic pump-off controller (never stops)
- Normally uses a much larger bottom hole pump
- 5.75" and 7.5" bottom hole pumps available.
- 1 1/4 sucker rods available.
- On-Off tools properly dimensioned for DynaPumps increased load capacity are available.
